Francisco Villate (Rhal Zahi) is a systems and civil Engineer, project manager and business consultant for multinational Companies. He has expertise in image processing, web animation and computer modeling. He is also the webmaster of Billy for Kids website.

Christopher Lock has a PhD in applied linguistics. He also studied architecture, building engineering and fine art—painting and drawing. He has been a lecturer in various universities in Japan since 1994.
